My calculator won't let me upload a picture to Scratch

My reckoner will not permit me upload annihilation to scratch. Wether it is a picture, a sprite or a backdrop! I Demand HELP! If somebody knows how to fix this, please assist me.

What file format are your pictures saved equally? The ones that should definitely work are:

Too, what version of Scratch are you lot using? Note that two.0 sprites cannot be imported into 1.4 since they tin contain more features and are a different type of format.

Just animated ones come out a chip weird and have ages to import.

Is at that place any style to upload .bmp files? I went on Pigment considering information technology has more detailed tools for graphic symbol designing and when i tried to upload them as a sprite nothing happend. At least it didn't freeze or anything. PLEASE set up this, the tools hither aren't detailed enough for how I draw people!
